ALCOHOL
PGE Park wishes that all guests have a great and memorable time during their visit. For those who would like to consume alcoholic beverages, they are available at concession stands throughout PGE Park, as well as portable beverage stands. The Widmer Brothers area of the stadium serves alcohol during Beavers, Timbers and Portland State football home games. All ages are allowed with the exception of Thursdays when the popular area is limited to those age 21 and over. Oregon state liquor laws prohibit guests from bringing alcoholic beverages into PGE Park. The only alcohol permitted on the premises must be purchased and/or dispensed by authorized servers. Guests who appear to be under the age of 30 will be required to show approved identification. No guest will be served more than two alcoholic beverages at any given time. Alcohol beverage sales on the concourse level will stop at the first pitch of the eighth inning during a baseball game and at designated times during concerts and other events.
ANIMALS
Only certified service dogs or service dogs in training will be allowed into PGE Park. All other animals are prohibited.
AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE (ATM)
Automated Teller Machines (ATM) are located on the main concourse near Entry C and Entry K.
AUTOGRAPHS
Ten minutes prior to each Beavers game and immediately following, guests may request player autographs near their dugout. Employees/Intern will not approach players, artists or special guests for autographs or other services. On Family Sundays, designated Beaver players are availalbe to sign autographs on the Fred Meyer Family Deck.
For Timbers matches, players are available following the game on the field in a designated area.
BABY-CHANGING AREAS
Changing stations are located in every restroom at PGE Park. All women’s restrooms are equipped with electrical outlets.
BAGS / BAG SEARCH
All bags and backpacks that easily fit under a seat are allowed. All bags are subject to inspection prior to entering the ballpark. Hard-sided coolers are not allowed into PGE Park. (see PROHIBITED ITEMS)
BANNERS AND SIGNS
Small hand-held banners and signs are allowed at PGE Park. Guests may not use tape to adhere signs to railing or drape signs over any existing signage. PGE Park reserves the right to remove any banners or signs at its discretion.
BEVERAGES, BOTTLES AND CANS
Sealed or empty water bottles and soft-sided single juice containers for children are permitted into PGE Park. Empty spray bottles are permitted into the park. Outside cans and bottles are not allowed and will not be given back to the guest at the end of the event, so please leave these items at home or in your vehicle.
BIKE PARKING
A limited number of bicycle racks are available at both entrances to PGE Park. Bicycles are not to be locked to stadium fencing or gates. Visit www.tri-met.org for information on Tri-Met bike accessibility.
BUSINESS OFFICE
PGE Park’s main office may be entered from the outside on 20th Avenue, directly across from the parking lot at US Bank.
CAMERA AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Cameras and video recorders are allowed at PGE Park during Beavers and Timbers games. Other events are subject to promoter discretion.
CELLULAR PHONES AND PAGERS
The use of cellular phones and pagers is allowed at PGE Park, provided the usage does not interfere with another guest’s enjoyment of the game.
CHILDREN
Children age two and under will be admitted free as long as the child is sitting on an adult's lap. If a parent requests a physical seat for the child, he/she must pay the appropriate price. This rule varies with some events. Check with the box office for special events.
CODE OF CONDUCT
PGE Park management is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. Our staff will proactively intervene to support a family oriented environment where all guests can enjoy the entertainment experience free from the following behaviors.
- Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
- Any disruption of the game by a guest’s actions or unauthorized entrance on the playing field or restricted areas
- Inappropriate displays of affection in a public, family setting
- Intoxication or other signs of impairment
- Obscene or indecent clothing
- Guests seated in a location other than their ticketed seat
If someone interferes with your enjoyment of a game, please contact a Guest Services Representative for assistance.
CONCESSIONS
The PGE Park food service partner, Centerplate, LLC, manages several fixed and portable concession stands at the stadium. These stands feature traditional ballpark favorites such as hot dogs, peanuts, soda and popcorn. In addition to these items, Centerplate features pizza and barbeque specialties. PGE Park also features a varied selection of local microbrews, import and domestic beer and other beverages. Non-alcoholic beverages include a variety of soft drinks and other refreshing drinks.
CREDIT CARDS
Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express cards are accepted at ticketing, food & retail locations throughout the Park. No checks are accepted.
DAIRY FARMERS OF OREGON KIDS FUN ZONE
Located at the end of the concourse adjacent to the Fred Meyer Family Deck, the Dairy Farmers of Oregon Kids Fun Zone features games and entertainment for kids of all ages. The Dairy Farmers of Oregon Kids Fun Zone is a perfect place for families and kids to spend time before or during the game. The area includes ticketed carnival games, a bounce house and much more! The Dairy Farmers of Oregon Kids Fun Zone opens an hour before game time (when gates open) and closes at the end of the 7th inning.
DISABLED SEATING
Row X is designed for guests with disabilities. All spaces and companion seating are assigned. These seats may be purchased in advance by phone, at the PGE Park box office or through Ticketmaster. Transfer seats are also available for guests with limited availability. PGE Park meets all ADA requirements.
DONATIONS AND CHARITABLE EVENTS

ELEVATOR
PGE Park features one public elevator, which is located near Entry K near the suite concierge podium. Guests are required to present the suite concierge their ticket to access the elevator.
ESCORTS
Guests may pre-arrange special wheelchair needs by calling PGE Park at (503) 553-5523.
EXIT AND RE-ENTRY
Guests may exit PGE Park through the main gates or through the two rotary gates along Morrison and one rotary gate by the Taylor Street Gates.. There is a no re-entry policy in effect for most events at PGE Park, except in the case of an emergency.
US BANK FANSTAND
Located on the main concourse at PGE Park, the US Bank FanStand features team and stadium information, on-field contest sign-ups, sweepstakes entries and prize pick-up. Please stop by the US Bank FanStand and speak with a PGE Park representative for any questions you may have during your visit.
FIRST AID
The First Aid Station is located at Entry I. Metro West provides complete First Aid care for guests of PGE Park, with two trained med techs and an ambulance on site for all ticketed and non-ticketed events.
FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICIES
Outside food and beverages are not allowed into PGE Park. There are three exceptions to this rule: 1) baby or childcare, 2) medical reasons, 3) approved birthday cakes.
FOUL BALLS
Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball or home run balls hit into the stands. At no time should a foul ball or home run ball be thrown back onto the field. Guests should stay alert at all times for bats and balls that could land in the seating areas. Ticketholders assume all risks and dangers, incidental to the game of baseball, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual playing of the game.
GATE TIMES
Gates typically open one hour prior to game time.
CENTERFIELD PARTY DECK
The Centerfield Party Deck is located just beyond center field. This area can be reserved for groups of 25 or more who have purchased tickets in advance. This area is fully equipped for food service, including grills, and can accommodate up to 250 guests. To purchase tickets for the Centerfield Party Deck, call the Beavers ticket office at (503) 553-5555.
GUEST FEEDBACK
Guests have several ways to express themselves. A guest may fill out a Comment Card on site or email info@pgepark.com. Guests may also relay their comments to a PGE Park employee.
ICE CHESTS AND COOLERS
Guests are not permitted to bring hard-sided ice chests or coolers into PGE Park. Soft-sided cooler bags to keep unopened bottled water, baby items or other special needs cool during the event are permitted. All prohibited items should be discarded or returned to one’s vehicle .
INFANT & TODDLER SUITE
This popular area became an instant hit in 2006. Located in Suite 8 on Level One of the Pavilion Suites, the PGE Park Infant & Toddler Suite is the perfect place to bring your infants & young children for diaper changes, down time, lounge time, play time, snack time and an all-around good time. The suite is baby-proofed for your child’s safety, and includes a soft foam mat floor with fun play rugs, comfortable places to sit and relax, a diaper-changing area, books, age-appropriate toys, DVDs, & more. The suite is open to parents with infants and small children during regular game time, and is accessible by stairs or elevator (push the Level 1 button). The suite has a maximum capacity of 22 people and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for you and your little ones to come, go and play as you please. As always, children two and under get into PGE Park for free.

Kids can join the Beavers & Timbers Kids Clubs by signing up at the Kids Fan Stand. Members receive: Kids Club Member booklet which includes four (4) free ticket vouchers to scheduled kids days, opportunities to participate in special activities, monthly email newsletters, members only discounts on tickets for you and your family and the brand new Player of the Month corner,” discounts on stadium merchandise, discounted rate on Beavers and Timbers camps.

Laser pointers are not allowed at PGE Park.
LEFT FIELD LOUNGE
The Left Field Lounge is an outdoor group seating area just past the Beavers dugout down the third base line. The area is a great space for larger groups. Guests receive wait service and tickets for seats in the sections above the popular group area. For more information, contact the Beavers ticket office at (503) 553-5555.
LOST AND FOUND
Lost articles are held for 30 days. Guests may call (503) 553-5520 and leave a detailed description of the misplaced item along with a phone number where they can be reached. Email inquiries should be directed to bkennedy@pgepark.com.
LOST CHILDREN/PEOPLE
Parents looking for a lost child should report to the PGE Park Fan Stand, located on the main concourse near the main entrance at 20th & Morrison.
LUCKY BEAVER
The Beaver’s mascot, Lucky Beaver, was born in 2008 and enjoys entertaining and meeting fans. He makes frequent visits to hospitals, schools and a variety of community events. Be on the lookout for Lucky during Beavers games!
LUXURY SUITES
PGE Park features 24 Pavilion Suites and six Field Suites. The suites provide the ultimate experience for your group outing, featuring wait service, televisions, DVD players, and seating for 22 or 26 people. To book your suite, contact PGE Park at (503) 553-5555.
MERCHANDISE
Fans can purchase team merchandise at one of the exclusive team stores at PGE Park. The Beavers' merchandise store is located on the outer concourse near entry H. The Timbers team store is located on the outer concourse near entry K.
MESSAGES ON SCOREBOARD
The Portland Beavers and Timbers can help you celebrate a birthday, anniversary or special occasion by displaying your announcement on our video board during the game. Announcements are displayed in the middle of the fifth inning for baseball and at halftime of soccer matches. This service is $25, with proceeds going to the Portland Beavers & Portland Timbers Community Fund. For more information about birthday, anniversary or other messages, please email promotions@pgepark.com or call (503) 553-5402. Messages must be received at least 24 hours prior to the game.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Food, beverages, weapons of any kind even with a concealed weapons permit (exception: city, county and state police officers may carry their weapons whether they are on or off duty), containers such as coolers or thermoses, helium balloons, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others or that are taped or secured to PGE Park property in any way, sticks, bicycles, animals other than service animals, compressed air horns are all prohibited at PGE Park.
RAINOUTS
Should a Beaver's game be called before the first pitch, guests may use their un-used purchased ticket to an upcoming game. However, should the game be called after the first pitch has been thrown and five innings have been played, the game is considered completed. No refunds will be given for rainouts.
RECYCLING
 PGE Park is dedicated to sound environmental practices. Our efforts include: 90 recycle bins located throughout the park, leftover concessionaire food donated to local charities, food scraps are composted weekly, cooking oil is recycled, automatic paper towel dispensers have been installed in all restrooms to save paper, foam soap dispensers reduce the amount of soap used, all cleaning products are green certified, automated light fixtures turn on automatically when a person enters the room, compact fluorescent light blubs used whenever possible, housekeeping machinery is green certified, and all office products and cardboard are recycled. Unclaimed Lost and Found articles are donated to charity. In 2009, PGE Park became Recycle at Work Certified—meaning the stadium has improved its recycling practices and reduced the amount of waste it produces by implementing all of the City of Portland’s five recycling steps.
RESTROOMS
PGE Park features 18 women’s/unisex and 17 men’s restrooms.
SCOREBOARD
The manually operated scoreboard in left-center field stands 60 feet wide and almost seven stories tall. It includes a line score and lineups for both teams. All the placards are changed by hand, with a staff of four required to operate the scoreboard.
SMOKING AREA
PGE Park is a smoke-free facility and smoking is prohibited in all seating areas, the concourse, restrooms, concession stands, eating areas, suites and administrative offices. A designated smoking area is provided outside the gates on 20th and Morrison.
STROLLERS
Strollers are allowed at PGE Park and may be stored under guests’ seats, or if space is available in Row X. Strollers may not block rows, aisles or stairways.
SUITES
PGE Park has 23 Pavilion Suites behind home plate and six Field Suites at the field level near the Beavers dugout. The suites have a vintage look and feel, but offer modern amenities that include flatscreen TVs and enjoy an exclusive food menu. The tables and bars in the suites (and in Widmer Brothers) are made from the Alaskan Yellow Fir wood that were originally used for the benches in the upper bowl that had to be taken out to make room for the construction of the Suites. The original 1926 benches were removed, re-milled and re-used.

Umbrellas are not allowed to be opened in the ballpark, although guests may bring them through our gates. PGE Park has many seats that are undercover. Guests may move into a covered area if they so desire to avoid the rain.
WIDMER BROTHERS
Widmer Brothers is a field-level bar and grill located next to the visitor dugout down the right field line. It features seating on the edge of the field. This area is capable of hosting approximately 400 people. Beer, wine, spirits and items from the grill are available here. Widmer Brothers is available for parties through the group sales department by calling (503) 553-5500, and for special non-game day events by calling 503.553.5523.
WILL CALL
The Will Call booth is located in Ticket Booth 1 on the 20th & Morrison Plaza next to the pass gate.
